The beginning of Heidis' life was in Hermiston, Oregon! She lived there with her mom, brother Ryan, sister Mollyrose and father. Terri had found a doctor in the Dalles, Oregon who would consent to deliver a natural birth. So the plan was to have a nice birthing room etc. Well, she had other plans. Heidi was born in the Dalles, Oregon after two false labor trips but completely natural and quick.
Her big brother really wanted a baby brother so when I brought Heidi home I was worried Ryan would not respond well. I was wrong. He took her from me and carried her across the lawn to the house all by himself. When he got the baby inside he laid her on the couch and took her out of the blanket to see what she really looked like. From that day on they were bonded!!! Heidi was his and he was hers! Mollyrose was just 26 months that day and loved to be around her little sister too! Mollyrose was not communicating much during that time but her sister brought out that skill fully!! She began to talk all the time!
Heidi was dedicated to the Lord under the pastorship of Bob Lovett in Hermiston, Oregon at Interfaith Christian Center as a newborn. She grew up with lots of great Christian influence. Heidi developed a true passion for Jesus that influenced everyone who knew her.
